I have over 25 years of experience designing and producing e-learning courses, training materials, and educational software programs for clients in a wide range of sectors—from healthcare to technology to higher education. I have several years of experience using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Captivate, and Camtasia. I offer several services on a contract basis, including:

• Instructional design and development for online education, instructor-led training (ILT), online/web-based training (OLT/WBT), computer-based training (CBT), software tutorials/demos
• Technical writing and documentation (EPSS, online help, user guides, software manuals)
• Storyboarding, interaction design, and prototype development
• Content analysis, design, and development (including writing, editing, graphics)
• HTML, DHTML and CSS coding
• Usability testing
• Audio/video and multimedia production
• GIS analysis and map design

I am available for short- or long-term contract work, preferably in technology, education or publishing, or with a non-profit organization. I will consider a permanent position with the right organization.
